Free installations are performed by their authorized installers and we were recently made aware that there had been issues with them lately. Hello! So sorry to hear that you feel we were slow in fulfilling the order. We do try to process online orders as fast as possible. Our order confirmation was sent automatically right after your placing order on Sunday, October 29. We were able to ship out your order by UPS on Monday, October 30 and send tracking info on the same day. It looks like the package arrived on Friday of the same week. We are sure you can verify with the timestamps on the emails. Perhaps something else delayed the emails? In any case, we'd like to thank you for ordering from Superco.
