kit's were a bit out dated

The CFL Grow Box is a thoughtfully designed system for indoor veggies in a hot state like Texas; you can tell that experience went into assembling the components, which are of good quality, and the "Grow like a Superpro" video series gave me a solid foundation for how to use the equipment. I received my first box within 10 days. Frank, a Design Specialist in the office, is consistently helpful on the phone. He gives good advice without trying to upsell, and takes the time to check on an order if you haven't heard back for a bit. Thumbs up all around.

Would have been 5 stars but the K3 series2 LED is not adjustable.

I only spoke to one person through the process of purchasing the unit, but he did shoot me straight and tell it as it was. We actually received ours one day prior to when it was estimated to be shipped out by so that was very nice.

Unit is as advertised. Well packed for shipping and simple assembly instructions. For sure a entry level growbox.

Everything arrived on schedule and undamaged. I would suggest modifying the instructions to account for LED lights. Waiting for seeds to germinate to put it to a true test.

I would have liked more communication the day before it was to arrive. I was given a vague window of time across multiple days. I was not home when it was left. Knowing the exterior dimensions of the freight and that taking it apart was the best way to bring it in ahead of time would also be great.
