The buying process was simple and all my questions were answered promptly. I will update after delivery and setup but from what I have experienced so far, I can’t imagine the final product being anything but spectacular. It was important to me to invest in a product that was well designed and reviewed. That is why I decided on SuperCloset and why I look forward to working with them in the future. Specifically, Frankie and Katie could not have been more helpful or friendly.

First harvest is this week, Very happy with the super closet, I did much better than expected.

Enjoying the growing. My only issue is the setup video is out dated on the lights. I got the Kind LED lights and nothing in video on them. Otherwise it’s a great system and hoping for a great yield.

The best bang for buck

Great and helpful service initially. Frank in accounting was extremely helpful to get the order processed. I was having a difficult time ordering on SuperCloset's website and had issues with my bank during the Black Friday sale, but he came up with a great solution to get the money to the company so my order could get through with a wire transfer. Even though the order went through after the Black Friday discount deadline, he was understanding and still provided me with the discount. I'm very pleased with the service and looking forward to forming a bond with SuperCloset.
