No communication makes for bad service.
They never responded to any email or message. I assume that wouldn't change if I needed a refund as well. Speaking of refunds, they don't offer any, even if item ships broken or damaged once you open the case, so you can't look at it or inspect anything, to return broken goods you must be psychic. Will never buy again through them. Beware of SuperBiiz.
