I placed an order for rugs for my entire home and when received, the rugs were beautiful until you looked at the edging on ALL of the rugs. The edging got thinner and thinner and it looks like they could fray at any minute in these spots. Very sad.

The replacement rug I received was no better than the originally purchased rug, Both had wrinkles that did not fall out as stated in the included information.

Wrong item. How do I return this item?

Send a packing slip with order information. We were not happy with item and need information to do rerun.

Thank you for sharing. I wanted to let you know that we have made a conscious decision not to include printed packing slips with our shipments. This is part of our ongoing efforts to reduce unnecessary paper waste and be more environmentally responsible. We transmit all information via email and/or text.

We are going to return our rugs. While they are soft, they are not thick like we expected and per the reviews.

We are sorry the rugs were not to your liking. Sheepskin rugs are all natural products, so they do vary from 1 unit to another. You can always start a return within 30days for receiving your order for a refund.

The color of the rug had a yellow tint. Wanted something white or at least cream colored.
