I had a product break at about 11 months. Sent and email ( I forgot they had warranty) and the customer service agent informed me that I still had warranty and would ship a new case asap. New case was received in less than a week. Great product and great customer service.

Great product and even better customer service. My phone has been in this case from day one and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. My belt clip broke so I contacted them and they sent me a replacement same day. I will never use a different company for cases anymore!
