I have an old iphone 8 plus which I got a new battery put in because I'm too cheap and old fashioned to buy a new phone. I purchased an Otterbox case from Amazon (a star wars Chewbacca!) it was probably was sitting in inventory since the first movie! I couldn't get the case on the phone before the silicon?, rubber? started crumbling in my hands. I promptly got my money back and Amazon told me to keep the case. Now I have a plastic picture of Chewie on my living room table. That's when I bought the Supcase. I had absolutely no problems putting the case on my phone and no issues using it. Everything is still in tact. If I don't have to pay attention to it. it works for me!

Customer service was second to none. I said that I thought he case was out of it warranty, so not was just a email to see about getting a replacement but they we're only to happy to give me the extended warranty that I should have been told about when I first got the case and sent a replacement straight away, so very happy with the result👍😄🙃

Having two "rascals" constantly "snatching" & dropping our phones whenever we forgot our phones on the coffee table, with SUPCASE'S all around protecting cases give us peace of mind. Qualität gut. Auch wenn mal was kaputt geht, wird es kostenlos ersetzt. Ging ganz schnell und ohne Ausreden und ich bekam eine neue Hülle, da an der alten eine Haltenase abgebrochen war. Ein Mail mit Bild und drei Tage später war die neue da. Top Service! Danke!
