I only received the side black out covers for my lights. The lights never came they have reached out to send them.

Lights are good however I contacted customer service about one of my lights having water in it after a couple rain storms and they said they would send a replacement light out. It’s been two months and no light. I have sent two emails since and no response.

Sorry about the silence—that's on us. We did send a replacement, but the first shipment got lost in transit. As soon as we caught that, we shipped another one. It was delivered on May 18th. Hope the new light is in good shape. If you need anything else, just reach out.

I love the concept of this product but it has a flaw in the wiring design. The stop and the turn is just on one side. I separated them and added another wire so that the stop and turn will be for each side. Hopefully you can make this change to your future units. Ric Porvasnik 440-476-1886
