Beautiful Sauna
I have to say that the Sauna we purchase is high quality and just wonderful. It was very easy to assemble. The person we hired actually showed us how to take it apart if we ever needed to move it. Sun valley customer service is amazing. Any issue we had with regards to shipping they were able to help and we always available. I would totally recommend them.

THIS is an outstanding purchase! My wife and I love it. It was a relative snap to assemble but there are some better steps to take than the instructions provide. I’ll talk to Sun Valley Saunas owner, Wes, and see how to share them. Otherwise, please contact me and I’ll share the insights. The sauna and its electronics work exceptionally well. The relaxation is “comprehensive” and we are pleased to highly recommend the unit, Wes, and Sun Valley Spas without reservation.

Great sauna with near zero EMF
Great sauna with near zero EMF. I used a meter to verify. Only one panel registered 1uG while the others were less.

Satisfied
Easy delivery. Assembled without complication. Was able to do by myself in 1 1/2 hours. Very nice looking unit with lights and Bluetooth. Heated up in about 25 minutes. Feels great! Not a 2 person sauna. Overall very Happy!

SO FAR SO GOOD, minor cliché, not a standard wall plug, or at least in my area
I thought I had already written a review. So far so good. Everything appears to be working as promoted with the exception of the plugin which I changed out myself and have been enjoying the full benefits. Thanks Sun Valley

Your suana works great but I think you all should preassemble your out door Saunas before shipping out we had to customize the roof cuze it did not line up or fit together right and I wish you all would label your screws so you know witch ones spouse to go that way if costumers that don’t have skill might drill threw the building. I also wish you had little better directions to

In the future we do have a support team here who is more than happy to assist with any assembly issues. Also, the sauna you ordered comes with a 7 year warranty so if you have any issues with parts in the future let us know and we will replace them free of charge. My sauna turned out nice when it was…
My sauna turned out nice when it was all said and done. Although the unit was not difficult to construct, actually pretty darn easy the directions were poor , vague and mostly pictures (not so good) The unit is not of super quality but equal to its price. I recommend this purchase

Lynn - Glad you're enjoying your sauna and I'm sorry the directions were so vague. I will relay that information to the manufacturer and hopefully we can get some more detailed instructions soon. Also, the sauna you ordered does come with a seven year warranty, so if you have any issues with it please let us know and we'll get it taken care of at no additional charge to you.
