Amazing sauna
Amazing sauna. We use it 5 times a week. Easy to assemble for 2 people. Great help from Wes when we selected it.

There is no number to call to get a…
There is no number to call to get a live person for customer service. Also my sauna arrived over two weeks later than it was supposed to. I spoke to management and I got the cold shoulder. 🥶

Nathan - Our customer service phone number is in the right hand corner of every single page of our website. It's 1-877-609-3641. We also have live chat on our website and you can e-mail us. Unfortunately, just like with Fedex and UPS, sometimes delivery companies have delays, and that is completely out of our control. That was the case with your order and I apologize for that. However, you kept asking us for a discount due to the delay. If it were something we had done I would have considered an additional discount, but a delay on the behalf of the freight company is not something we can provide. Lastly, this is a small family run business and we only have live people who answer the phone. I, Wes, am the owner and answer the phone if Aryanna isn't able to. I hope you enjoy your sauna now that you've finally received it and I apologize for the poor experience you had.

Golden Design Full Spectrum Sauna
We ordered a unit that was on backorder and waited a few months for it to come in. When it finally arrived, it was damaged and we refused delivery. One week later a new unit arrived that was packaged much differently and in great condition. Our sauna has been set up for a few weeks now and we love it! Wes was wonderful to work with and would recommend purchasing a sauna from him.

Sun Valley delivered! I bought a HUUM controller and stove. Sun Valley got the answered questions and goods out without any hassle.

Great service and communication
Wes provided excellent service and support as I worked through the options. We received our sauna heater and items on time without delay. I will not be able to install and test it until my home is finished, at which time I’ll be happy to circle back on the product itself. Wes was great to communicate and work with.
