SuntanningstoreReviews of suntanningstore.com

Your company had some of the best prices. When you said that it would take at least 6 weeks more to get the lamps I ordered, you came up with an equivalent to that lamp. I needed 24 lamps. When they arrived within 3 days I was pleasantly surprised. Only to find out that I had ordered the wrong lamps. I ordered bi-pin. Oops my mistake. You quickly let me know that I could order a conversion, to be able to keep the lamps. When they arrived 3days later I installed them and my lamps worked perfectly. My original order came with 1broken lamp, I reached out again and they shipped me the replacement. All within 3 days. Now everything is great. I couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with. And I’ll definitely be telling other people about your company. Thanks again The suntanning Store.

Quick shipping! I have ordered from the suntanningstore.com for years & have always had great customer services & fast shipping! Very reliable distributor.

I’ve been a long time customer of Suntanningstore.com. Their customer service is fantastic. Always answering my questions in a timely manner. My orders arrive quickly and the product is always fresh. Not sitting on shelves in a warehouse like other distributors I’ve used in the past. And the prices are great too.

I buy all my solution from here. They’ve always been so professional and timely. Highly recommend! Been using for years.

I have always received top quality products from Sun Tanning Store over the last 6 years, and always receive timely professional response to anything I need. Highly recommend this company for all your Sun Tanning needs!

They replace the top piece that was cracked But the tanning be had 8 bulbs that didn't not work and it's been almost a year going calling emailing to get it fixed. The ballast is out and they can't get anyone out to fix it. I was sent 4 new ballast. Still not fixed. I don't know if I would risk $4000 for a bed that doesn't work.

I purchase self tanning mist regularly and I received a bum bottle that wouldn't spray. They immediately responded and are sending me a new bottle at no charge. Very happy with the prompt response from Amanda. Sincerely Lisa

Took 3 months to receive with 4 bulbs inop. And it's not the bulbs....
