SuntanningstoreReviews of suntanningstore.com

Searching around for hard to find tanning bulbs, SunTanningStore had them. Amanda, from Customer Service, answered all of my questions, and was able to match the 120w Radiance 75i for my tanning bed, with great pricing. Upon order (14 bulbs), items were shipped out within 24 hours with four day delivery. The bulbs fit correctly, and perform great. If someone is concerned about getting the correct replacement bulbs for a tanning bed, check with SunTanningStore for replacement advice, ordering, and shipping without delay.

I was a little aperhensive when seeing a negative review left by another person so i decided to call the company and speak to to them directly before i placed my first order. I have now placed several orders for my business both small and large (over $3000.00) and not once had any issues. they are not only very helpful but also hands down the cheapest seller of Norvell products when you sign up for their free spray member program.

Their response DISGUSTS ME please read this and please take it from me that this company completely screwed me over & yes my bank agreed with them sadly due to their warehouse confirming the weight of the package which means absolutely nothing! It’s all a lie my bf was a witness that day I opened that package on my kitchen counter to find 1 only 1! Exfoliating mitt sitting at the top of the kraft papers. This company made a big mistake that they will never own up to & have banned me from their site which is too bad for them because I would’ve been a great customer. DO NOT EVERRRR EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! THEY ARE LIARS CHEATS AND THIEVES! I purchased a 24 pack of norvell pre exfoliating mitts from here and they only sent me 1 mitt when I contacted them they said I’m lying and trying to get free product. So no refund no replacement nothing and when I disputed my charge with my debit card company they won! I am so furious I can’t believe they are getting away with this please please don’t buy stuff from them purchase straight through the sunless companies website I do not care what you have to say and what your “evidence” says I know the truth I know what I saw when I opened my package I know you guys made a mistake that’s all that matters. I’m not petty enough to cause a scene over $60 worth of product. I GOT SCAMMED FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A VIDEO OF YOURSELF OPENING ALL OF YOUR PACKAGES SO YOU HAVE PROOF DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID IN TRUSTING THIS COMPANY.
