No Heat
The person I ordered the products from was very nice and most cooperative. The products are very well made. However, they don't hold heat. They cool off in around 10 minutes & require microwaving again. We need a product that holds heat for at least 1/2 - 1 hour, so I've had to request that the products be returned. Sorry...

A real "Customer Service" Company
I ordered the neck wrap after learning of the company through a radio advertisement. My wife had been looking for a similar item in all the local stores but came up empty. The website had the exact item she was looking for, I placed an order immediately. I received a confirmation email the next morning and received the wrap a few days later. Perfect in every respect!
