Excellent product and customer service. The kneed pad we bought works better than the other products we have used before. Very comfortable and holding up heat very well. The delivery is fast and the customer service is super. Will definitely refer to my friends.

So happy with this product. Much better than anything I found locally. Really well made and love the fact that the cover removes for washing. Provides relief for all types of aches and pains.

My sunny boy 25in. Neck wrap is FAR superior to the ones pharmacies sell. Larger and much more comfortable.

I have never found a travel pillow which worked well for me until I found this company. This is actually a second purchase because I sadly lost my first one in an airport. Communication from the company was excellent, and shipping was fast. I would highly recommend their product to anyone.

I like the fact that I don't have to remove the covering before placing it in the microwave. It retains the heat much longer than my previous neck wrap.
