This casino deserves 0 stars. They will find any excuse to not pay a player and their rules are so contradictory that they can very easily deny your withdrawal for any reason. I won 2nd place in a freeroll tournament and they refused to pay me out and I had to argue with them for days. They did pay me though after a while, but ever since I have been banned from tournaments there

Do not play on this casino if you don't want to get robbed. Bad service and they will do anything in their power to not payout the winnings.

I requested a bitcoin withdrawal nearly a month ago. They say it takes 7-10 business days to be approved which it did and then another 7-10 business days before it is sent out. We are now outside of that time frame and I keep getting told my request will be escalated but here we are still with no bitcoin deposit in my account. Please choose to play with a more reputable online casino because you will likely never get paid out from this one

Been waiting for a month to receive my payout and all my documents has been accepted. Stay away from this site u contact there help and u get nothing but a run around answer

These people are sad. They will never pay you out. The company inclave is a joke and if you come across them just know you’ll never win. Good luck and honestly take it from me. They are frauds.

They suck really bad!!! I've been trying to withdraw my winnings for the last 3 weeks without any success... I've submitted all documents that they have requested yet they continue to keep on cancelling my withdrawal request!!! They suck ass!!!!!!!!!!

It took almost 3 weeks but finally got my money.

Verified my account and they still refused to allow me to withdrawal my winnings. Customer support refused to let me speak to supervisor.
