I played using a bonus sent to me by this casino - I completed the playthrough and asked live chat how to make a withdrawal - they helped me to be sure my id was verified (which was completed) then I was asked to make a verification deposit - which I did - then I requested the withdrawal of my $200 winnings (amount was verified by live chat) and my deposit of $44.73 - for no reason that I was given, my withdrawal was declined and they shut off my access to the casino (so I was told by live chat today)! I have every transcript from my live chat sessions - and I did everything that they told me to do - they refuse to tell me why this is being done and will not even give me back my deposit So after a long conversation with live chat I was told that this was given to the finance dept. to review and to check back with live chat for the result. I tried to log back in just now (Thurs. 9pm) and the casino has blocked me from even logging in - never returned my deposit and now I am blocked from logging in- so they have effectively stolen $44 of my money with no explanation!

It advertises instant payout but now they are trying to tell me 7-10 days to be approved plus another 7-10 days before funds are sent . This is ridiculous . Also it says that I am not eligible to withdrawal via coinbase even though I have prior. But I did withdrawal Bitcoin and it still says that long ?......update.....I was emailed today statimg i couldnt withdrawl via BTC because i am not a btc depisitor and tgat bs bc that is tge only way i have ever deposited. So I spole to customer service and they said it was a mistake and they have escalated tge problem . We shall see .....will update .

I tried for three days to withdraw $4200 that I thought I won. Finally contacted "customer service" and they wanted to give me 1/10 which was a $100 and they screwed me out of that. I used a cash app card but refused to put my "winnings" on it. They'll take as payment but won't put it back on. This whole site is a scam and will make it known of this horrible site. FU sunrise!Sunrise is a scam!

if i could give them less than a star I would, I won $1934 I decided to withdraw. I immediately got asked to varify all my info (which I did) just for them to say I played to many free spins... A. I made a deposit that same day I attempted to withdraw and B. If they had a problem with people palying free spins why give them out everyday? Its a trash site and I amgoing after them criminally.

It's been 2 months since I was told the deposit to my account will be made. They have all my very personal banking info and id's. May have investigation of authorities review this casino for criminal acts and fraud.
