The advertising for this product is extremely deceptive. The implication that a person will pay $50 as an initial trial fee is not accurate. I was billed $50 plus another $297 and so far, the company has refused to reimburse me. I would never have chosen to give this product a trial for nearly $350.

Hi Julie, I'm really sorry for your frustration. When you go through our sign up flow and the checkout screen at the end, we explain that the $50 is a one-time fee for the medical intake process, which is what allows you to get approved for the medicaiton. Sunnyside Med as a holistic program is $99/mo, billed quarterly. Again, this is explained on the checkout screen. As our terms say, we can't refund once the medication is shipped, which is possibly what happened in this case. In general we're quite lenient on refunds since they don't happen very often, but we do have limitations. I'm really sorry for your experience. Ian Andersen Sunnyside Co-Founder
