Christmas Miracle
The first representative was helpful with a very complicated problem. He had to talk to his manager 2 times to solve one of the problems. Then he was sending me to another department but I ended up back at the directory. The second person was super helpful, cheerful and is going above and beyond to see if she can fulfill my Christmas dream. Despite all the frustrations of the directory system, when a real person arrived on the scene all was bright lights and mistletoe.
