I just purchased my 2nd Sunlighten sauna, my first one for home use about 10 years ago and now this for my practice/office, and was pleasantly surprised to see that their company and sales consultants have continued to exceed my expectations. My sales consultant, Bri Partridge, took the time and initiative to reach out to me and throughly explained all the aspects of the technology and worked with me to get the best product and price for what I needed. Wow! Once I took my first sauna in my new mPulse I realized there truly is nothing better. If you are in the market for a new sauna I highly recommend Sunlighten. A major plus for this company is their customer care team. The sales staff is a bit high pressure which is not preferred, but the customer care team actually cares. I have had a few issues, nothing major, missed a connection on a NIR lamp and Tyler in customer care was quick to help me resolve it. Yesterday my accessories arrived, very exciting! Unfortunately, the one accessory I was most excited for, the A.R.T., was missing a wire harness. Today I was connected with Stone M. very quickly and he heard my frustrations and went above and beyond to get me satisfied. I really appreciate talking with a real person and having my concerns heard and taken care of.

Buying my sunlighten sauna from Kate was a wonderful experience. She was so helpful and available to answer all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone wanting to purchase a sauna

I started using Sunlighten Spas at a massage spa.. I enjoyed the sauna and wanted to learn more bout them. Ever since I have been working with Sunlighten Spa's I have had nothing but excellent and professional help. Lauren (they call her Lo) is my sales person and she kept in touch with me during my many many travels (for work), she let me know about different sales, clearance products, available accessories, etc. Lo was able to answer all of my questions and help me select the proper Sunlighten Spa for me. My hats off to Lo, she is the best... Thank you for all of your help and my many years of help with my health, and well-being.. I am grateful for you... Keep up the great work!

Great customer service... and of course we love our sauna!! Our entire family uses it (kids ages 9 and 11) on average 3-4 days a week and we have noticed we don't get sick as often. If someone starts to feel sick- a sauna treatment always helps! I love the anti-aging benefits for my skin and always use my Primal Life Organics Blu Berry Elixir on my face during my sauna treatment- it's a double wammy of anti-aging skincare!! My skin always looks dewy and fresh when I get out!!

Once again Sunlighten has done an amazing job with customer service. Noah Bolesta helped me today with my sound on my commercial unit. Over the past 2 years, whenever I had an issue they were there to walk me through it until the saunas are functioning completely! If you are considering commercial units do not hesitate to purchase these units. Not only is it a great product but the service and support they have is just awesome! Thanks Noah!
