Customer Service
So I’m one that reads all the reviews but seldom if ever writes a review, sorry fellow reviewers. But I’m getting better...To me customer service, after a purchase, can be a hit or miss deal.....I’ve learned over the years that if your first experience with CS doesn’t solve your issues or answer your questions wait a day and call back. More times than not you’ll talk with a different rep.....which brings me to my latest experience with a Sunlighten CS Rep......My wife and I purchased a m Pulse Aspire.....we also purchased the Acoustic Resonance Therapy and the Light Chromotherapy. We have had our unit now for almost 5 years......5 years and, knock on wood, it’s been unbelievable. So recently they had an update on our unit, A fuse installation. After the install I was having issues with the unit heating back to the temperatures I had before......Now here’s my CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE......First call, after going over my concerns with the CS Rep., I might have been talking to a log....This rep offered no possible solutions, had little empathy and not a single suggestion has to what direction I might go......I hung up, not to be deterred, did some more research on my own and decided I would call back the next day..... Second call, different CS Rep, and I will mention his name, STONE..STONE....had patience, concerns for my problem, suggestions and ideas that might help in resolving my issue. We talked about several directions that I could take and long and behold problem solved......I would rather not have to call CS any time soon but if I do, I have Stones ext.......Thanks for your help....Tom
