I want to say that since the Sunlighten saunas are in high demand, it did take a few months to receive it, which is not a big deal since we'd rather have to wait for the best quality products. Our unit arrived a yesterday, and we were able to have our contractor to assemble it for us. Fortunately for me, I had to call in for a little assistance with their onboard tablet. I had the pleasure of speaking to Stone Mihal, who was able to resolve the matter within 1-2 minutes. That in itself was superb! On top of that, since we had spent so much with them, he had spent an additional 5-10 minutes preparing a care package for us. That was TOTALLY unexpected and TRULY made our day. Therefore, if you're on the fence about whether to go with Sunlighten saunas, trust that you've landed on their site and THIS review for a reason. Since I was referred to the Sunlighten brand by a business partner who had also invested in the exact same eMPOWER model, for me it was a no-brainer! But if I could be of help to anyone on whether to choose their sauna... please know that you won't be disappointed.

We received excellent service from our Sunlighten Customer Service Representative, Cody Richardson. He was very knowledgeable & helpful.

My sauna came on a Thursday and my wife and I started putting it together Saturday morning. Within an hour we had it fully together and ready to plug it in...only then did we realize it had a three prong plug with one of the prongs horizontal requiring a different outlet than the standard home 3 prong. Not a big set back. We went to Home Depot got an outlet for a 20 amp 120 volt and swapped out the existing one. Plugged in the sauna and nothing! No power! Checked all my connections to make sure they were good and still nothing. My box was getting power but the tablet was not. At this point I was frustrated and called the help line only to find out they were not open on Saturday and I would have to wait until Monday! NOW comes the cool part. I emailed the sales agent (Kate) and she got her one of the technicians (Nick) to call me. Nick had me look for an additional hook up that was not pointed out on the assembly instructions and once done the sauna fired right up. I later found out Nick left a party to call me! These guys back up everything they say on their website about customer service and the product looks and works great. As for the missed connections....make sure you connect the top wires on the front panel as instructed but don’t forget about an additional hook up at the bottom of the front panel as well

I had recently moved my Sunlighte signature 2. It would not turn on. So I went to their web site and put in my situation. Within one day SSunlighten responded and asked. E to call them. I called and talked to Noah who was very professional and very knowledgable. He guided me and took me through step by step to fix the issue in 2 minutes. My doctor has 2 Sunlighten saunas in her office. So if yourooking for a high quality sauna and a company that stands behind their product, I would highly recomend a Sunlighten Sauna. We love ours and the quality and support you will get is second to none. Thank you Noah we really appreciate your dedication to your product.

Called Sunlighten about an issue with my sauna, Stone was patient and walked me through the process of trouble shooting the problem and making sure I ordered the right parts. Stone took the time while speaking with me to email specific instructions and made sure I understood them. Great customer service that you don't often come by, thanks Stone.
