Awesome customer service!

Zach and the entire Sunlighten shipping department staff went above and beyond to help me. When a backrest was sent in the incorrect wood type because I opted to change to cedar after ordering, they quick shipped the cedar one immediately. They just trusted that I would return the basswood!! They responded immediately when the delivery company made a small ding with the forklift. No excuse, just absolutely willing and quick remedies! O—and I sauna-ed for the first time tonight!!!! The mpulse aspire is everything it’s advertised to be and then some!! Thank you Sunlighten!

I absolutely love this sauna! It is one of the best investments I have made for myself - my health, my ability to unwind, and my simple pleasure at the end of the day. We Have a much older Sunlighten Sauna in fact it is under their old name Sun light Sauna and we purchased it second hand. anyway, it threw an error code and quit working. I called customer service and Noah did not hesitate to help! he emailed me instructions on how to fix and we are back up and running. When its time to buy a new one it will definitely be a Sunlighten Sauna.

Cody was so kind. Patient. Thorough. I’m thrilled with my sauna and now so happy the google play app doesn’t crash anymore after we did an update together on the phone. Cody stayed with me and didn’t leave me in the lurch.

If you call customer service, ask for Noah, he's incredibly knowledgeable and gives outstanding service. No matter who you get on the line, you will be taken care of.

We LOVE our Sunlighten Sauna and Lauren (Lo)!!!! Lo has been great from beginning to end. We had a minor issue with the chromotherapy bulbs and she was super responsive. She's friendly, knows the product and she's really warm, so talking with her is a pleasure. We've had the sauna for about a month and are using it three - six days per week. I've already noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction in longstanding muscle pain, and I anticipate a further reduction with more use. Both my husband and I have noticed an improvement in our skin (including decrease in severity of winter eczema). Finally, it's just SUPER relaxing and the sauna is beautiful to look at/be inside of. It was easy to put together and, by far, the best investment we've made in her our health in a long time.
