My sauna was damaged from a fork lift so I refused it. Sent pics to Sunlighten and they sent out another one and for compensation sent me cushions and covers. It wont be set up until my house is built tho if there are any problems I am confident they will handle it. I worked with Lauren in sales and Sydney with customer service and was very pleased with both nice ladies.

The sauna has been working great! The lights lost power when I finally decided to call for help. Noah! - came to the rescue and troubleshooted the problem over the phone. Feeling accomplished! Problem solved! So Happy!

We just purchased our first Sunlighten solo sauna to use while traveling. I love it. It was very easy to set up and easy to store when not in use. Customer service has been great and Micah did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me. I highly recommend Sunlighten Saunas. We will be purchasing the double sauna in the near future.

My experience with Stefanie Marshall at Sunlighten was fantastic. When I contacted her, I was at my witts end from three days of extensive research and calls with many sauna companies. Stefanie helped walk me through the specific sauna options that would be best for my son which has been traditionally treated for a whilm's tumor (a childhood cancer). He is working on keeping healthy. She listened to my story and guided me honestly to a model that is just what I needed and not try to sell me their top of the line models. She also worked very hard to get me the best possible price as well as expedited the shipping. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I felt like Stephanie really listened to me. The sauna was exceptionally well built and was a breeze to put together. Our family is so excited to enjoy it for years to come.

Set up was very easy and done within an hour. Very impressive with the quality thus far. We got the mPulse Believe 2 person. Had one issue with needing a software update but Stone was extremely helpful. Any other questions we had he could answer. Very knowledgable about their products. Very excited to use our sauna for the many health benefits.

I love my sauna! had it for over a year now and I'm enjoying it almost daily. Things haven't been smooth all the time but they do have a wonderful customer service that is super helpful. I just spoke with one of their customer service reps named Stone and he was amazing! He helped me with a few different issues and made me feel a lot less stressed out than when I called him. Very, very nice guy and so helpful! I am really happy with the customer service they provide.
