I have used the Sunlighten sauna at KUR Spa in Charlotte, NC. It is amazing how it got rid of my skin issues. Since I live 2 1/2 hours away, I could only go once week. After it cleared up, I didn't go anymore because I started a full time job. I am having major skin issues again and had been looking into getting my own sauna for home use. I spoke with Damien at Sunlighten and he answered all of my questions and gave me tips for home use. It was great working with Damien because never once did I feel like he was pushing me to buy. There was no hard sell. He would text me on his personal time answering any of the questions that I had. That was unexpected and a nice personal touch. All questions were answered very quickly. I would highly recommend speaking with Damien if you are considering purchasing a sauna. Damien, also, went out of his way to find out how I knew about Sunlighten so he could give the $100 referral credit. Will do another review after I receive the unit and share results that I know will happen quicker since I will get to use it more often.

My Sauna was finally delivered and I couldn't be happier. I bought the Conquer 3 person sauna and It totally exceeds my expectations. Also, the fact that I can watch movies in it is a big plus. I do love it so much that I have to stop myself from getting in it more than once a day. My husband and brother put it together with ease. It was just like putting a puzzle together. We couldn't get it to heat up at first so I had to call customer service and thankfully I had the chance to speak with a gentleman by the name of Stone. He was so helpful and kind. He walked me through everything with ease and even gave me some extra tips. I really appreciated all his help. I also had the opportunity to work with Renee in sales, who was kind and patient with me.It took me about 2 months to decide because I was researching other companies so I had tons of questions. At one point I spoke with another salesman and he made sure to keep Renee in the loop. Needless to say, you can't go wrong with Sunlighten, I'm glad they're the company I chose.

Recently ordered a sauna and so looking forward to receiving it! Bri is our sales specialist, and she has been awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable about the technology and details of these saunas, as well as what's available in the marketplace. I am very happy with the decision to order from this company.

We received our sauna while out of town for a two-week vacation with family. What a blessing it was to see it fully installed in the perfect place in our home. After recovering from the trip and getting back to business, I finally had the chance to "figure out" how to use it, with the help of my tech-savvy son, Rocky. As we had several questions, we called Sunlighten customer service and spoke with Stone, who was absolutely awesome! He walked us through all of our questions, and we are now "experts"! He was very patient as he walked us through each issue step-by-step. Looking forward to a rewarding experience with our new "spa".

After being tragically and unexpectedly widowed in 2018, I knew my health would suffer from the resulting trauma and stress. My background and education in health, naturally led me to research a counter measure for this, and I learned about the benefits of infrared sauna. I researched and compared every brand on the market, finalizing my choice to purchase my MPulse. Sunlighten has impressed me beyond all the amazing preventatives and benefits I expected! Their customer service is amazing as well! Another great experience just today, as Noah graciously offered to send out a chromotherapy remote to replace mine, which I dropped and melted under the floor of my sauna. I have recommended Sunlighten to everyone I know (at least 2 have purchased as a result and are thrilled as well). I will continue to recommend Sunlighten, and with the anti-viral benefits I experienced during the Covid pandemic, I'm hoping to purchase a 2nd sauna for my employees to use.
