I was shipped a new remote for my Chromotherapy lights however it did not work. A new remote was scheduled to ship and when I called to check on it I was lucky enough to have Zach Beeler take my call. He looked into my issue a little more and realized the same remote was not going to work with what I had. Considering the correct remote was on back order he and his manager went above and beyond to sync up a new remote with new bulbs and sent me a video to show me they were working. I was back up and running in 24 hours. This is the kind of Customer service that doesnt seem to exist these days. He heard my problem and follwed it through even though it was not his department.

I love the opportunity to speak with fine people who work at Sunlighten; hold times are never long, and everyone there is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had the experience of speaking with Noah; he was very kind and generous with his time; he was not in a hurry and truly went out of his way to provide answers and information to help make sure I will enjoy your sauna even more! I recently received my mPulse Conquer for my gym, and my clients (and I) couldn’t be happier! I was on the fence about just going with a cheap sauna from Amazon, or investing in a Sunlighten sauna. My salesperson (Bri Partridge) took the time to walk me through all of the benefits of an infrared sauna over a traditional sauna and MAN, I’m glad I didn’t go with a hot box. My clients are actually showing up early to sauna before our sessions and it’s making our warmups much more effective. Two birds with one stone! I will definitely be referring you guys, and Bri, to all of my friends in the industry.

Rene was terrific. This was my second purchase with her and she was so helpful. She accommodated my needs - even working on different time zones as I travel and wanted the solo sauna when I arrived home. Her knowledge and ability to get it done (and at the right price) makes me a raving fan. Of course the products are the best in the world - so that helps!!!
