I love my Sunlighten sauna, and Stone, the Customer Care Representative, has made it even better! He has helped me on two occasions with situations concerning a move we made and us putting the sauna back together. It was not a problem with the sauna but some issues that happened with the movers. Stone was courteous, patient, and resolved both issues quickly. He went above and beyond and definitely cares! Sunlighten saunas are a quality product with good, helpful people.
