We recently received our Sunlighten Sauna after waiting 10 weeks. We are loving it and can feel a difference in our health already! We had a few issues with delivery but Zach Beeler in the shipping department took total care of us! He was very quick to address the issues and work with the delivery company. Zach was very responsive to all the concerns either by email or phone calls. He even sent me a couple videos to help out with the installation which is not even his department! He's definitely a Team Player and shows that he cares about his company, product and customers. Thank you Zach for your help and communication! I also have to thank Amanda, our sales specialist. She has been the BEST! From the very beginning-- helping me to figure out which sauna would be the best for us throughout the entire process. She was available for me, either by phone, text or email any day of the week! Always quick to respond and answer all my questions! Thank You Amanda!!! XOXO

I just worked with Sydney Weaver to workout a frustrating and difficult repair and shipping situation. She pretty much saved the company's reputation in my mind. She worked tirelessly and thoroughly to make sure that we were able to get our part, as well as emailing me directly when she had confirmation from the shipping warehouse. Sunlighten, it would be in your best interest to make sure you're customer service reps are up to her par so they can cover for you when your shipping, receiving, and repairs don't stack up. The 5 stars is for Sydney.

Looking to purchase a sauna was a little overwhelming, but when I started chatting with Victoria she was so knowledgeable and friendly! She answered every question I had and went beyond to help me make the best decision for myself and my family!

I had the power unit fail in my Sunlighten sauna. The customer service department responded immediately. The replacement unit failed, but a few days later a new one arrived. The staff talked me through the installation to insure all connections were properly made. I want to thank Tyler, Noah, and Liam for all their help.
