This has been a truly wonderful experience, let me explain... From the moment Sadie McCue reached out to me!! She spent two hours on the phone with me, and it all started with her asking me my story!! Who does that?! Sunlighten does that!! She never made me feel like she was trying to make a sale, she made me feel like we were friends!! Then, I could not believe it when she explained that Sunlighten made it possible to get an interest free credit card for 3 years after we made a deposit!! Again, who does that?! Sunlighten does that, showing itself to be a company that cares more about people's health than they do about going after the almighty dollar!! Then Zach, made our mishap during shipping such a pleasant and easy experience to go through, this never happens, but when you're working with Sunlighten it does!! I want you to know it means a lot that he went the extra mile to communicate with us, my husband is in management and he faithfully says how a little communication goes a long way and we were so blessed by it!! Again the extra mile from Zach as you were willing to offer us a credit to say sorry for the inconvenience, that is so far above and beyond, and all this has not gone unnoticed!! In a world where so often you do not see this kind of service and kindness, Sunlighten, it's people, has blown us away!! We have already been spreading the news and sharing the health/wealth of doing business with you, and we will continue, because you know how to care and treat people, AND you have made an extremely well built, well packaged, well sold product, that too, stands out above the rest!! I want to extend a giant thanks to Zach Beeler. There was a misunderstanding regarding the billing date and shipping date of our spa. Zach got it all worked out and quickly shipped. Then upon arrival of the sauna the boxes had damage. Zach walked us through the process. Luckily after unboxing there was only a small cosmetic issue which won't be visible. Zach was always available and quickly responded. We are confident that if we have any issues they will be addressed. Thanks again Zach!!!

I called with questions, but didn't leave a message since I was going to be inaccessible. My phone rang almost immediately, Joe returned my missed call. We spoke for a few minutes during which time he answered my questions and promised to send additional info. I received the info promptly. When I called to place my order, Joe returned my call quickly and explained the process including timing for delivery. At each point of contact things were handled promptly and efficiently.

I want to thank Hunter R. for helping me out I cant wait for my sauna to Arrive, Hunter was knowledgable about the product and very helpful in the entire purchasing process, I am sure the whole Sunlighten team is good but I would recommend to talk to him.
