Strong knowledge of the product. Joey didn't push me into a sauna that I didn't need. We purchased a Signature II. The quality of this product exceeds my expectation.

I have owned a Sunlighten Signature series sauna, that I purchased for my home use, for seven years now. I have nothing but the most outstanding praise for the company, the quality and the customer care. I use my Sunlighten sauna several times per week as it helps me with maintaining my weight, skin health, relieving stress, heart/brain health, and general well-being. Just shy of seven years I had to call to replace one of the heating elements. I was surprised (because I have not even checked) that my warranty was still in force at just shy of seven years of ownership with almost daily use with no problems at all. In less than 5 minutes with a single phone call, Stone who helped me from Sunlighten Customer Care, immediately identified my customer information in their system, and my sauna type and warranty, and arranged for immediate free replacement of the heating panel - which I’ll be able to do on my own. I cannot thank Stone enough for his assistance and also Sunlighten for the outstanding quality and beauty of the Saunas they create. Stuck at home in 2020 I was able to have world-class self-care, with the help of this sauna in my home, in a spare bedroom that I turned into a spa/retreat. For less than the cost of a single vacation I can have a mini Vacay and health providing sauna every day! I highly recommend Sunlighten.

Ellen H. replied to our many emails and calls to be certain not only of Sunlighten but on our chosen model. She gave us more precise technical information than competing companies. Most importantly she addressed the emotional side of a first sauna purchase without being able to try out saunas in these COVID times. Ellen: patient, careful and caring.

I have owned a Sunlighten Sauna for almost a year. It has been one of the best investments ever! While we were home during the quarantine, it kept my family healthy - both physically and mentally. Sunlighten Saunas will improve your health and they are a great company with excellent customer care.
