We love the infrared sauna and unfortunately the controller was lost during our move. Noah made it easy and relatively cheap to replace that part (for a sauna that's years old). Impressive!

I absolutely love my sauna. Back when I first got it it coincided with a bloodwork panel I got that showed I had high mercury levels, and a year later after using the sauna regularly my follow up bloodwork showed a significant decrease in the toxic load of metals in my body. I'm currently using it on my doctor's orders to help detox from black mold poisoning and I know it's going to be a huge help in accelerating my detox process. Not to mention it's just such a lovely experience to enjoy sitting inside of, listening to music and relaxing. I have all the accessories, including the sauna seat pad, covers, pillows, rug and wraps and I absolutely love how they enhance the experience - I feel like I have a spa in my house. I've had amazing customer support from the company in the very rare event I needed to troubleshoot. They are friendly, helpful and provide exceptional information and service for their products (thanks Noah B and Nicole C in your various customer support roles!). I adore the owners and their ethics and values - this is a great company and I'm proud to be a customer!

David was extremely helpful and detailed in explaining the science, benefits, and models of the sunlighten saunas. We greatly appreciated his help and assistance in deciding which sauna would best benefit us. We cannot wait for our sauna to arrive!
