After receiving my Impulse Aspire and carefully following the assembly instructions to completion, the unit was not behaving as described. I'm a 78 yr old non-technical guy so after no luck using the user manual troubleshooting procedures, I was VERY fortunate to connect with customer service representative Ali Reyna by phone. She very patiently guided me through a detailed check of all connections and software functions that were involved which was no easy task since ALL connections are beneath the floor or in side access panels. Ali's clarity and willingness to sometimes repeat were exemplary. The conclusion was that the confusing electronic behavior was due to a faulty Power Control Box for which she immediately ordered a replacement. Now that the Sauna is operating properly, Ali has been even more phenomenal in guiding me through optimum operation of the associated apps. Ali Reyna has proven herself an exceptional customer service representative of HUGE value to Sunlighten. If I still were a business owner, I'd try to hire her instantly! Now, my only issue is that I might try to use the Sunlighten Sauna TOO OFTEN! Thanks, Ali.

Darlene went above and beyond and for that I thank Sunlighten for employing individuals that genuinely care, I thank Sunlighten management for giving their employees authorization to make decisions that treat me as if I was their only and most important customer.   It is reassuring that Sunlighten takes pride in reassuring their customers that they come first.  The quality of their product is just as important as the quality in their customer service.  Combining these two business qualities is rare in today’s economic environment.  Sunlighten has earned my trust and loyalty.  They made a bad situation unmemorable. I hope it helps someone decide on which sauna company to choose.  It is a large purchase.  Everyone will make mistakes but not everyone will do what is right to correct their mistakes.  Sunlighten went above and beyond.  I am a Sunlighten customer for life, they have my full trust.  They cared more about me than just selling me one of their saunas.  My signature II is now part of my work out routine.  The Sunlighten Sauna went together easily, and the walls are made of thick cedar.  The signature II heats up in the perfect amount of time and it is enjoyed by my wife and two kids.  Thank you, Darlene you are a tremendous value, for any employer.  Thank you Sunlighten for having Darlene on your team. Sunlighten is a great company selling and servicing a very unique product! The infrared sauna has reduced the inflammation in my joints and helps me sleep better!

We love our Sunlighten Sauna, but have had some trouble with the light therapy unit malfunctioning. It took a few emails and phone calls, but when I talked with Ali today, we had an email confirmation of replacement parts post haste. Thanks Ali!
