Bri was very helpful and patient with explaining the Solo Sauna's features. I love the financing option as well. Great customer service seems to be a rarity these days but Bri exceeded my expectations!

I’m 74 years old and I am currently renovating, actually rebuilding, a cottage for my granddaughter. Up and down ladders, hauling heavy materials, bending and squatting, kneeling, cutting, hammering etc etc. I often wake up feeling stiff and sore especially my lower back. I schedule my mPulse to preheat for 8 am and after an hour, I’m ready for another day of hard labor! I also use a little Cryoderm (hot) on the area. Lol. John Boshoff.

Rene was Exceptional, I called with alot of questions. She answered them all, she was very pleasant along with her knowledge of the Products. She explained about having the Electrician come for the dedicated plug. She didn't leave anything out, so thorough!! Thank you!! Lucie

I found Sunlighten with a Google search. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Stephanie walked me through answers to all of my questions, provided me her personal experiences with her own infrared sauna, and together we selected the model that was right for me. I’m looking forward to getting my sauna in a few weeks.

His recommendations have been very helpful and I can’t wait to experience my sauna arriving tomorrow! I can’t recommend working with Kyle enough!

We loved working with Evan! He was patient while we decided what to buy and when to buy. We chatted from October to February before we pulled the trigger. Never pushy. I recently purchased a Sunlighten Sauna and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made.  I never would have done it without Katie Owen. Her vast knowledge of the product category helped me sort through the cheaper brands. She is genuine and trustworthy and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Katie never gave up on the sale but never pressured me either. I am a Sales Manager and I know how difficult selling an expensive product on the phone can be. Anyone can sell someone ready to buy.  Katie Owen can sell someone who isn’t.
