I got interested in the benefits of infrared and decided to call Sunlighten for information on their saunas. Erik Strickland took my call, and patiently assisted me until our purchase a couple of months down the road. I looked into every sauna on the market, and through the process Erik stood by confidently answering questions as my wife and I had them. I felt like Erik was a friend who knew alot about saunas, not a sales rep. He got back to me with every inquiry and found answers to uncommon questions my wife and I had. When we decided to purchase, Erik worked to get us a great price point. Erik still checks in with us on occasion and we are more than satisfied with our Sunlighten sauna experience. We literally love our sauna!

After contemplating my purchase for literally six months, I decided to call the Sunlighten to get some additional information. Not only did Hunter, the senior specialist with whom I connected, answer all of my questions, he ensured that every step of the process ran as smoothly as possible. A+ service!!

David Mohan was an excellent guide to us throughout the process of choosing and ordering our sauna. Even after we got it, he has very quickly gotten back to me whenever I have had any questions. We love our sauna. I’m actually surprised by that because with regular steam saunas I felt I couldn’t breathe and I never lasted more than a few minutes. In our Sunlighten infrared sauna, I get very hot and sweat really well, but I don’t feel like I can’t breathe. I’m loving it!

I love Sunlighten!! They have been awesome since day 1 when calling to get information and following up to help me purchase my Sunlighten Sauna! Emily Wyatt is fantastic she is always available to answer my questions even though she is on a totally different time zone which I forget sometimes, (sorry Emily) she is always available!! Deanna was amazing

Was super professional, responsive, informative and went above and beyond. Asked me questions regarding what was important to me regarding what I valued in the sauna rather than just selling generalize benefits. Followed up with a hand written note which is rare these days. Highly recommend!

This has been one of the smoothest, most pleasant customer service experiences that I've had in a long time. Kyle was a "no pressure / all help" kind of guy throughout the entire process. I completed the process feeling like I had gotten the best product value for my money with the mPulse Believe unit.
