My Sunlighten Consultant was Lori B. and she was amazing throughout the entire process. Our sauna was shipped and delivered on time. As other reviews state when our sauna arrived one of the boxes and it's contents was severely damaged. I immediately called Lori and she had me accept the damaged goods and had a new shipment delivered the very next day. We absolutely love our sauna! Also, the customer care team was very quick to respond to my call as well. I highly recommend Sunlighten and Lori!

I called yesterday evening to learn more about a sauna. I have been looking into buying a sauna for more than a year. Victoria promptly called me back after my online inquiry 7pm on a Saturday. She led the conversation with an education based approach and at no time did I feel she was “selling me”. I learned a lot and she was patient in answering all of my questions. She made sure to go through all of the details to ensure the sauna we choose was right for me. It is nice to have this kind of experience and yesterday I purchased a sauna after a year of speaking to over a dozen people. I could not be more excited. If I spoke to someone else I don’t think I would of purchased. Thank you Victoria for all of your help and willingness for continued support.

The elder care job I took during the pandemic had just ended. I was a bit panicked when I called. I knew I immediately needed to buy a sauna and get my massage practice up and going again. My past massage clients, when I run into them, ask me if I still have my sauna. I had an older version of the dome sauna for years but had to let it go. With winter arriving in Maine, I knew this would be the number one tool that would draw them back in. I lucked out getting Kyle Jackson as a service representative. He was compassionate, passionate and available to make this experience expeditious given my situation. Sometimes it feel like a miracle when you get a sales representative that is 100% committed to making sure your experience is everything you need it to be. Such a breath of fresh air. He gave me a number that allowed me access to contact him directly. Every request was answered in a way that made me feel tended to and that he was on my team. Just the kind of positivity and care I needed at this time. I just received the sauna and am absolutely thrilled and SO grateful. Thank you Kyle Jackson for making this happen in such a positive light, that is truly meaningful. The best!

Just ordered my sunlighten sauna so can't review the product yet but the buying experience was exceptional. I had heard about high pressure tactics common to the sauna industry so I was pleasantly surprised how great the experience was. My salesperson, Levi, was exceptionally helpful and patient with all my questions and never pressured me or used "sales tactics". If my experience is as good with the rest of the company once I get my sauna, I will know I made the right choice!

My wife and I purchased a Sunlighten sauna about 12 years ago, and have enjoyed it. As a result, we just purchased the new version, and have found it amazing. The three infrared wave lengths seem to penetrate our bodies completely. The result feels both medically (I have high blood pressure) effective, and enjoyable (so relaxing). The sauna heats up quickly. Everything our fine, non-pressuring, highly knowledgeable sales person Stephen Moore stated has proven true. When we purchased an additional backrest and pillows, the salesperson Micah Urbanek was also excellent. We also like the chromotherapy ceiling lights - they are much more than atmospheric - seem have a health benefit as represented. As a musician, it was also an unexpected treat to hear the fine quality of the radio audio. Ron Schecter
