My parents in law bought a second hand Sunlighten sauna from a friend of theirs and could not get to to work. I helped them to contact sunlighten customer service via email. Meg Christopher From Sunlighten Customer Care answered my email very promptly. After a week of back and forth email follow ups, she resolved the issue and get my parents-in-low up and running with the sauna. She is very patient and provided several options to speed up the issue resolution. Since I can only help my parents-in-lows in off-work hours, email is the only workable channel for us. She is very responsive throughout my back and forth responses. She is very knowledgeable, passionate and warm hearted in her communication and support. I feel very grateful for her timely help. This is one of my best customer service experience. Thank you Meg!

I am beyond excited about my Sunlighten infrared sauna. I purchased the Mpulse Believe and worked directly with David Mohan from start to finish! I was blown away by how knowledgeable David was answering my MANY questions and taking several hours over the course of a few days and didn’t even seem slightly annoyed of how much time of his I was taking. He genuinely wanted me to be comfortable and sure of my purchase. After I purchased my sauna he continued to stay in contact and even sent me a text saying this was just the beginning as he wanted to be there every step of the way if I had future questions or needed absolutely anything! Once I got my sauna there was a minor crack in the front glass but I didn’t think it was a big deal so I didnt say anything to David. When I was able to assemble my sauna (weeks later) when putting the front glass door on it completely shattered out of no where. I was so upset I was trying to order a replacement part online but couldn’t find it So I texted David (on a Saturday evening by the way so outside of business hours) and he immediately called me and took care of ordering me a new glass door right then and there no questions asked and no cost to me. I am in the hospitality/service industry so it’s hard to impress me and let me just say I am BEYOND impressed with David and the team at Sunlighten!!! After purchasing my sauna I thought the accessories were overpriced so I initially didn’t plan to purchase accessories through Sunlighten BUT based simply on my customer service experience with David I will only be purchasing through David at Sunlighten!!!!
