My potable device is just ok
My potable device is ok. It does its job but there are few things I wish they could be designed better. The infrared panels are on the top of the cover and the there are gaps between the foam mat and the cover wall. I could feel cold drat from the gaps. So when I am in it the body that faces up is warm and sweaty but the sides of my body, from shoulders to feet are still cool. The instruction says do not stay in the sauna for over an hour, but my body will not sweat until 30-40 minutes after lay inside the sauna. If I want to stay sweaty for 30 minutes, my sauna time would have to be over an hour. As a side note, date of experience is not appropriate. If one get a sauna they would use it very frequently not just one experience on a particular days!!!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We really appreciate your input on the design of your portable sauna, and we’ll be sure to pass your comments along to our team. While everyone may respond differently, it can take a few sessions for the body to fully adjust to infrared heat, similar to starting a new workout. Many users don’t start sweating heavily until 20–40 minutes in, and that’s still a very effective session. For more information on how infrared works and why you’re still getting benefits even if you’re not drenched, we recommend our blog: https://www.sunlighten.com/blog/am-i-still-getting-a-good-sauna-detox-if-im-not-drenched-in-sweat/ If you’d like tips on optimizing your setup and getting even warmth throughout your sessions, we also invite you to join our community of Sunlighten sauna users, where you can share experiences and strategies with others: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/17bXHCF7LM/ We’re here to help you get the most out of your sauna and appreciate you sharing your experience with us.
