Jason was very knowledgeable with all of my questions. He helped me determine the perfect sauna for us. Even after the sauna has been set up in our home, he is helping me to understand the full benefits. I read the review on the shipping company and it's true they do not work with your schedule. I called the company that took it to Dallas and they gave me the number of the company that would do the final delivery. That person let me know within a two day window when it would arrive, so I had someone on call that could direct the delivery into my garage. We ordered the three person spa which had some heavy pieces, so we hired someone to carry it in and set it up. We are very pleased with the sauna.

Bri was very informative and responsive. She made herself very available to us, she kept us updated on the available products and was able to answer all of our questions well. It was a very pleasant first experience with Sunlighten.

Love our new mPulse sauna, customer service is excellent, shipping time was less than expected. This sauna is very well built and looks awesome also. Have only used it once but can already tell it is far superior to our old far infrared sauna.
