I am more than loving my sauna. It makes a big difference in how I feel. I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I made the decision to purchase the sauna to help with the pain. After I get in there I feel like the pain just melts away. It was a lot of money, but the best money I have ever spent. Erik was top notch to deal with and the best sales rep ever. He really looked out for me during the whole process.

I had a great experience from start to finish to my questions being answered quickly in between.

My husband and I had been researching different brands of saunas and Keely made it easy to see the differences between all of our choices. Having an empathetic human to help us make the right choice for our needs was what we needed! Keely was a great listener, answered all of our questions with genuine honesty and she was as excited as we were to take this leap! I don’t have our sauna yet to review the product, but I have very little doubt that it won’t exceed our expectations. As far as customer service and sales, we have had a perfect experience so far!

Eric was wonderful to work with and was able to answer all my questions about saunas! He was even able to get my husband convinced to buy one!!

Erik has been so patient and so kind with everything. He has been helping me feel comfortable getting everything set up the way I want it to be. Also helping me by providing me with understanding for how the system works! It has been such a good experience working with him. It’s also very comforting when he tells me to save his number so he can help me at any point in the future as well. That’s just very nice!

Brittany Bennett sold me my sauna. She is an absolute delight to speak with. Very knowledgeable and pleasant personality. I was trying to decide between two brands of saunas and after speaking to her it settled any doubts I had in deciding which to go with. I'm looking forward to enjoying my sauna. Just know she is an amazing asset to your company.

I’ve been looking at a new sauna for a few years. I was ready to buy this year and my sales person, Hina, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and she was not pushy at all! She followed up when needed and was just very personable. I haven’t received my sauna yet but I’m very much looking forward to getting it!
