Alex was so helpful with information and product recommendations. I am enjoying my home sauna. It does take some time to heat up and then once it is to temperature your time is almost over. That is the only flaw

We appreciate your feedback regarding the pre-heat time, we do recommend getting in the sauna as it's heating up as well! Depending on which unit you purchased and the environmental factors, the sauna will heat at about a degree a min starting from room temp.
