Top notch sales rep and experience
Stephen Moore was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with. I started a chat to ask some questions about the difference between the saunas and he asked if he could call to explain. Normally sales people that want to call want to be pushy but he was not. He literally taught me a whole new world of lights and saunas. He pretty much sold the unit before he got off the phone. He has a wealth of knowledge and was super polite.
