The Sunlighten team answered every question I had about the products I was looking at. They were responsive and professional - this was a two week exercise and the team was patient and never pushy. When I did make the decision to purchase there were updates provided regarding the shipping schedule. Additionally, the assembly process was straightforward and supported by step by step videos. Lastly, the technology- from being able to start the sauna remotely, a variety of program selections and the ability to customize programming - are all great features. My wife and I are using the sauna together five days a week - the benefits have exceeded our expectations.
