I contacted sunlighten to get a quote and was immediately accosted with hard sale tactics. I have done my research and just wanted to know the price of two different units. The sales person David Mohan was relentless and refused to simply give me the prices ultimately telling me “ I don’t think sunlighten is the right fit for you”. If this is how they treat serious inquiries or customers in general than how can I expect them to be helpful with any other issue? No, David I don’t think Sunlighten is for me.

Spending $6500 on a sauna, one would expect a high level of customer service. My unit has a table that has functioning issues. I reported this to customer service, and they said this is a know issue and their I/T department is working on it. So they sold me a unit with know functioning issues. Then, over a month later with several calls to customer service, they say they will solve it by sending me a new tablet. I wait a week and receive an email saying my case is closed. I did not receive a new tablet. When calling customer service yet again, I am told the tablets are on back order and I should expect to wait a month's time. So a month and a half after receiving my sauna, it still does not function properly and I am expected to wait another month for a new tablet. This company does not care about their customers.

Thankful for the fast delivery 6. ( 6 days Unfortunately was notified by a third party delivery company with the heading of Singapore. I deleted it thinking it was junk mail . Got a call / then text that delivery guy was outside my house !!! Luckily my neighbor was able to get help and take all the panels individually down my basement stairs !! On a positive note . The salesman Cameron was amazing , if i could model the perfect representative of my company it would him . He is STILL working with me on how to make my experience better .!!! The delivery part was definitely bad however . Im getting the feeling that the company ( aside from Cameron ) doesnt think that was an inconvience for me .i got a voice form a manager saying he was calling to try to “ smooth things over “Sometimes its better to be lucky than good

Absolute Garbage product and service.. I ordered this product back in April and to this day have not been able to use it because there is some power issue with the Sauna. They love to email you and the manager will never call you back. Its try this, do this, try that ok maybe something else is wrong. Last i heard was from the so called manager 3 weeks ago that they needed to send someone to my house to look at it after sending me 3 different parts that did nothing. Well 3 weeks later i have heard from nobody and all this is afte rpaying $7K for a suana that just sits in my basement collecting dust. If you are having issue gettting them to repsond or assist with anything call your credit card company and dispute all charges and demand a refund. Show all your email communication with the company and how they will not help with their product and the Credit Card company will yank the money from them asap

The Amplify III I ordered does not heat properly and since their sale/money has been made, they’ve ignore everyone of my emails requesting help to make the $6k piece of overpriced equipment functional. The only responsive part of their company is sales department for obvious reasons, but once they take your money you’ll be blatantly ignored. Please run far from this one and choose an honest company. I wish I was warned.

We got our sauna back in March and have had nothing but issues. We got the emPower two person sauna. The thing runs on an android which doesn’t connect to the internet. Assembly is really hard, don’t let them convince you it’s easy. I’ve spent hours troubleshooting with their customer service. Waste of my time, waste of money. My family members use different brands and have had much better experiences, I should have gone elsewhere.

I ordered a Sauna from this company well over a month ago . It still has not arrived . Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them .
