Would not recommend. Customer service challenging. Sauna was delivered damaged and unfortunately would not turn on. Worked with the technician from Sunlighten for 75 minutes and he could not get it to work. Difficult and time consuming to get Sunlighten to pick it up and credit us. Unfortunate for such a high priced item. Waiting for them to pick up defective sauna. It’s now been over a month- still waiting on customer service- to get this right- have not received our refund either….

The lightblubs all stared going out at week 3. They sent us free bulbs that we needed to install. Now it will not run because it has an error code. On hold and then it just hangs up on you after a while even if you choose to stay on hold. Left my number yesterday and no call back. in over 24 hours. I spent a lot of money on a sauna and it keeps having trouble.

Don’t waste your money on this! Sauna runs for 2 hours and only gets up to 122 degrees. I’ve been fighting with them for 2 years and still nothing!!

The sauna is working well, but our order was not fully filled - our mat is missing. I was told after having to reach out about our incomplete order (no warning of incomplete order was given prior to delivery), "We are completely out of stock of our Solo Mats for your order. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a confirmed ETA from our manufacturer when these will be back in stock. This is not uncommon due to the uncertain nature of shipping at the moment. My warehouse team has been made aware of your order and if any options come available, they will ship ASAP." On the same day I got this email there were still mats on SALE on the website... selling an out of stock item with no clue of a possible, or if-ever delivery date. Not a confidence builder for me. At what point will Sunlighten believe holding funds for a "No idea when we'll get this" product should be refunded. Wondering why I that detail was not disclosed at purchase - which I made talking to a human on the phone. One star for poor communication, lack of action, and failure to disclose that an item ordered was unavailable.

Shipping and customer support is terrible. It feels like a full-time job to help them do their job to get the items already paid for months ago.

I purchased my sauna for my personal training studio, my clients loved it. Less than a year later 4 panels went out. I called to get my replacements that are still under warranty, I was told they would be shipped asap. I never received an email stating that they were shipped so I called back, they sent me to logistics where I was talking to Paige Shaffer, she told me that they were on back order, I gave them more time before contacting again to be told the panels were in but need to be tested and will be shipped that week. I gave them additional time before I emailed Paige again only to be told the panels needed more testing. She soon stopped responding to my emails. It has been over 3 months that my sauna has been out of commission. I referred 3 clients to them, which all three purchased a unit. Every single one of my clients, have a bad review about this company now because they all know how long I have been waiting. The warranty is 5 years because I believe it takes that long to get your replacements then its out of warranty. Terrible costumer service.

It took literally a year to get parts that had been back ordered to repair my sauna. Literally.....a year to get all the parts since upon receiving the replacement parts, when I called to set an appointment to do the repairs I was told I needed yet again....more parts. On 10/19 I had my "walk through" appointment. The contact was very patient but the repairs were ridiculously hard. I was being told to use a circular saw etc. all equipment I did not have on hand or know how to use. I had been told repairs would be easy with simple tools. I do not consider a circular saw to be a simple tool. We had to use a drill to enlarge the hold where the plug goes so we could literally cut it out. And then there were all sort of plugs in the box that weren't needed that caused confusion. At end the of the call I was told I needed yet again more parts!!!! When they arrived I was not able to tell what to do with them and will need another call to walk me through it. At the end of day, there isn't near enough room in the panels where the box goes to house everything. After more than a year my sauna is working again, but I have no lights / radio pending another walk through. The sauna is great but very difficult to maintain.

I recently bought a Solo Sunlighten sauna. However, I have had some issues with it . The customer service person didn't seem to have any familiarity with the product. She had to go to the showroom to understand my question. After a second call another care person transferred me to repairs. The man I spoke to understood my issue. He promised to fix it by sending one left large dome railing with pin to replace issue. On 10/27/23 I authorized a charge to cover shipping of $ 14.70. It did not arrive. The wait time on telephone hold for a customer service rep is excruciatingly long. I am therefore very dissatisfied with your followup after purchase. I cannot recommend your products, therefore.
