Recently received sunlighten solo system with the rise table. Wife and I using regularly and very pleased with how it works and how we feel afterwards. If you are considering the solo system I recommend you get the extra pad cover and either cover the pillow with a towel or can get theirs as after a few sessions there were salt stains. Granted, I didn’t wipe it down after as I should, we just leave the system heating another 20 min to kill any bacteria which seems to work as doesn’t smell. My laziness but when done I want to get out, towel off and drink something. With the optional gray cover it can be removed for going in the laundry. For the price of the system makes sense it and a similar pillow cover/case should be included or just raise the price. Perhaps supply chain issues and not enough to do that. I have some minor issues with the rise table which they are helping me with. I had a sauna blanket which worked for just a few months before malfunctioning; it was about $400. So we splurged on this with hopes will last a long time.

I’ve just purchased my sauna and it’s about 13 weeks out. So far my experience with Bri was very helpful. She was patient, explained all the options so I could make the best decision for me.

I have had my mpulse sauna for about a month and a half now. I love it and I’m addicted. The reason for the lack of 5 stars is two-fold: 1) support is slow to respond 2) you pay over $6k for a sauna and you get a buggy windows tablet. I’d hope there was an iOS option that boots faster and is an overall better operating system.

I cannot speak more highly of Savannah... when I could not get through to my sales rep and there were no phone calls or emails returning, Savannah came to my rescue. The 1st delivery came with the boxes extremely damaged then the 2nd attempt at delivery the truck broke down. When Savannah rushed in she expedited my delivery and it was here in less than a week. It was months of trying to get my sauna to me here in New Jersey but it arrived, it is assembled, and it works fantastically. Thank you Savannah

We ordered an infrared sauna from Sunlight in the beginning of February. We chose them based on doing a lot of research and reading mostly good things about them on the internet. I worked with Omar as the salesperson. We received our sauna last week (March 23). The sauna is set up and seems to work great. I have given a 4-star review because we had some problems with delivery. The first sauna that was sent (supposed to be delivered within 5 weeks) apparently got lost so a second sauna was sent out through the support of Tyler in Sunlighten's Customer Service group. I must say that both Omar and Tyler were good to work with and followed through on the delivery of the second sauna. The sauna appears to be good quality, went together nicely (though some hardware was missing that required I go out and purchase the missing pieces), and is operating as described. Overall a positive experience.

I have owned by 2 person MPluse for a few years now and can't emphasize how happy I am with my sauna use. All functional MD's I see emphasize sauna use for promoting better health and quite a few recommend Sunlighten. You won't be disappointed.

We have been using the sauna for past 6 years and absolutely love it . The sales staff Andrea was very helpful. Not quite impressed with The customer service line . Had to wait for approx 10 mins and no one answered. But was able to get hold of the sales staff . All in all a good product !

Noah was very helpful when I called. He helped me with the Netflix fix. He sent the over the fix via email quickly.
