We just purchased mPulse Believe. Be aware that the Android system is outdated and will not support many music and entertainment apps. Technical support says there is no solution. We are unhappy about this - spending over $5000 and not being able to access common music or streaming apps is unacceptable.

Takes longer to warm up than my ten year old + solo unit. Does not get as hot as the older solo unit until the upper ranges. While the lower pad is more cushioned it is not as broad as the old solo lower. The uppers do not seal and there are cold spots along the sides and condensation forms on the lower pads that are now sweat stained. It somehow gets under the cover or towels. The charcoal bamboo coverings are a noticeable improvement. I continue to use my older solo as much as the newer. I also was told a curtain did not come with the new solo model so I was conned into buying an extra package of a curtain and two covers.

I'm very happy with my Solo sauna. I did not care for the sales process. You have to submit your phone number and email address to even access the pricing on their website. Then you are subjected to a barrage of high pressure sales calls/emails; I would not respond to any of them and this went on for a looooong time. This turned me off so much that I went to competitors' websites but discovered they follow the same abusive sales model. I finally called Sunlighten and told them I just want to buy a Solo sauna and I don't want to listen to any sales spiel. Then it took TWO MONTHS to get the thing.

I purchased a top of the line full infrared spectrum sauna from Sunlighten. This was one of the most expensive items I have ever purchased other than a car. First off their pricing was very difficult to squeeze out of the salesperson. There were different offers and discounts. They would need to run each change to determine the cost and if discounts applied. It was not simple. I contacted the sales person by email way too many times. Also after I made the initial purchase the sales person was much less accessible. Then there was the delivery. This company was supposed to contact me and deliver the packages when they arrived. I started to get concerned because my payment went out when the shipment was sent but it had been over a week and no calls. Finally I got a call and they left a message. Then I had to call them back. Their hours suck and they didn’t take calls on weekends. Could I leave a message? No, they had no answering machine just a ring that would endlessly ring. Thanks for your support shipping company. Then I found out there was a website and you could check status of the shipment. They logged the called me three days before they did and left a message! Nope sure didn’t, maybe they called a different number but not mine. I finally got them on the phone and scheduled my delivery another few days later. They were probably sitting on the packages for 2 weeks. Now nothing was broken and everything came in good condition, but every single box was delivered so that the this side up arrow was down, every box. Shipping company was lazy and lacked attention to details. I remind you all that this object I purchased was north of $6 grand and they put the boxes the wrong way. Then I got everything set up, wasn’t bad. Everything was plumb and level. The only issue I had right away is the door won’t close. It gets to about 1/4” of being closed but won’t close. It’s drafty near the door. I also noticed as I use the sauna that the display has many bugs. The android software and the Sunlighten software don’t seem to get along well. The pandora or other apps play music fine but if you go to the home screen to change your sauna session it just plays a garbled scrambled mess. Plus the Google Play store seems to crash the system often. Then the music plays through what looks like a car stereo. I can’t seem to turn the annoying blue light off, so I need to turn the whole unit off to turn off the blue light. Once the whole unit is off I can’t have it startup on schedule. It’s almost like no one from Sunlighten uses their product. Maybe I am just a pain but my other android and Google products don't seem to bother me. So I called customer service to see how to fix problems with the door and unit. I got a factorY reset the unit and reset the door. No luck. Then more just reset the door right. Their last effort was to suggest shimming the entire unit so gravity will help close the door. That’s like Mercedes telling me to wear a rain coat because the window doesn’t shut the whole way. Also this was after multiple calls and many emails. I had to prompt each response with a hey did I send you enough information? Either way I think they have a good sauna but really lack attention to detail and good customer service.

The Bluetooth radio did not work at all and the sauna doesn’t reach 150 degrees even after being on for over an hour. It was also very complicated to put together as the instructions were for a different model then the one I purchased

We ordered two saunas, one for us , one for our daughter and son-in-law in AZ. Our daughter received her unit first. When they assembled it they noticed the bottom underside panel was pieced together and the top close out panel had mis-drilled holes. They also noticed that the top and bottom pieces were plywood. We were told by the sales person there was no plywood in the units. We called customer service to address the concerns. It took about 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to get a resolution. The customer service manager was to have called us back and never did. We did learn that the plywood top and bottom close out panels are CAFE certified with low VOC glues (the sales person should have known this). After several calls Sunlighten and negotiation, they agreed to make a price adjustment on the poor workmanship and credit for some accessories off their website . What concerns me is that these units are quality control checked and supposedly assembled and disassembled before shipping. Why was the unit with the poor quality workmanship not corrected? The sauna that we received was well constructed and has no issues to date.

Overall construction and materials does not come off as top quality compared to what you pay for. Box for radio and how it opens and closes could be done better. Have a difficult time getting the temperature to rise higher than 120 f. Since ive owned it the temp has not gone above 121 f. Need to wait at least 1 hr before use. Overall not satisfied with this product

They sent me the wrong sauna. Still waiting to hear from them about when they'll deliver the right one.
