This company is hard to trust and wouldn’t recommend…. I paid for 6 months and o did lose weight. That’s not the problem …. Tirzepatide truly works! So use it to lose weight, yes!! But find a company who guarantees NOT to continue charging your credit card be use this company is terrible and are very dishonest! I told them I didn’t want to continue taking it and guess what? They charged my card and got a lot more than it was worth! I fought them on it but because their hidden small print says if you a deer the ‘how are you’ questionnaire at the end of each month, that means they will charge your card; even if they don’t have a cancellation form nor policy bc it’s a month to month, after they charge you FULL PRICE from the very start… I would never ever recommend this company!

It was fast and team was responsive however, my cost and order clarification was horrible. I stated clearly in the prescription I wanted to stay on 2.5mg. I was not able to even confirm my order. It was sent and I was charged over $600 and I’m only going to be using the first month because the other 2 months are at higher dosages which is what I did not want due to increased side effects. To make it worse I contacted customer service for at least a refund of the 2 months I can’t use and they said no. I also asked if I could at least have 2.5mg sent to me free of charge since I did pay for 3 months and they also said no. RIP OFF. I paid over $600 for a 3 month bundle and I can only use 1 month of it.

I don't think its working. I went up a dose, The vial is empty after 2 weeks. I feel as if I am being ripped off. I'm angry and looking for another option.

I’ve been having bad side effects with my latest dosage level. Just wanted to know if I can decrease or halve the dosage I’m taking now. Suppose to take my third shot of this dose today but all I get in response from sunlight is dr will look into it. Now I have to fill out a refill form. Not asking for a refill. I have 2 weeks left with my current dose and not paying for anything until I get a response from the doctor.
