Do not waste your money on Sunjoy products. I purchased one of their outdoor fireplaces expecting it to last for years, but after just two years, the entire unit has completely deteriorated. The metal is severely rusted, looks absolutely terrible, and the finish is flaking off everywhere. It is clearly built with cheap, low-quality materials that cannot handle basic outdoor exposure. make matters worse, customer service is completely useless. I contacted them multiple times hoping they would stand behind their product or help with replacement parts, but I was met with total radio silence, unfulfilled promises to follow up, and zero willingness to help. They absolutely refuse to make things right with a refund or replacement

Like many others, I would give a zero if that was an option. I ordered a product (icecove portable airconditioner) that failed to perform any air cooling and have been struggling with the company for over a week to enjoy what they bill as "hassle free returns". They do not respond and I suspect that they are going to drag it out beyond their 30 day return window. Do not use them. At all. I wish I had found this site before I purchased the useless, yet expensive, item from them!!

Absolutely disgusting !! Avoid avoid avoid. They have had my money now over 2 weeks, it was supposed to be delivered on 15/6. This was their allocated delivery slot. On the morning of the supposed delivery, i received a text message from the driver saying they would be with us between 12pm and 3pm. I took unpaid leave from work to make sure i was home to accept the delivery. I then received a message at 10:05 from the driver saying they are unable to deliver today due to not been picked at the warehouse. I tried contacting sunjoy directly, which are basically non-existent. You send emails as thats the only way to contact and you just get ignored. I did purchase it through b&q online market place, so I have been dealing with b&q on this matter. I raised a formal complaint with b&q who emailed Sunjoy asking for explanations as to why it never got delivered. Their response was, the delivery is now on 22/6 as thats when they are next in the area. With zero apology or explanation. I then had a text message from sunjoy on the 21/6 (day before expected 2nd attempt delivery) that it was coming between 7am and 10am with a tracking link. So once again i took unpaid leave from work to accept the delivery. This morning, i havent recieved any text or email. Out of curiosity whilst waiting for my delivery, i clicked on the tracking link that they sent me the day before. To then see that its been cancelled again due to not been loaded by warehouse team. I then receive a text message from them at 08:52 saying it wont be delivered today and said our team will be intouch for another delivery date. I am absolutely disgusted, that even after a formal complaint was raised, we have received the same treatment yet again. How can the company treat their customers like this. I will not let this drop!

Sunjoy Customer Service, Like many others, I've experienced the same tactics employed by Sunjoy when trying to get them to correct an incorrect size replacement mosquito net. Here is my last correspondence with them Although this back & forth trying to make customers jump through hoops and then denying refunds or charging restocking fees is standard practice for your company even with 30 days no-hassle returns posted on your web site. I will not be playing your games anymore… The facts are I have a Sunjoy 10feet by 12feet gazebo, I ordered a 10x12 mosquito net and what I got was an 8x10 mosquito net. I either want a full refund or a replacement net that is 10x12 that’s it.

I tried to return a top not only did they charge me 20% restocking fee. They kept the tax as well. This is a scam.

I ordered a replacement canopy cover for a BBQ pergola based on a number provided by Sam's Club. Sunjoy indicated they did not have a match for that number but gave me another canopy number that would fit. When I received the item - it was small and did not fit. I went to their website to get instructions on how to return the item. I was asked to provide pictures and the info (numbers) related to the structure. I sent this information two times. Once when I initially filed for the return and then again when requested. Victor - the customer service representative- told me the request would be reviewed and a return label would be sent. I subsequently received a notice that basically it was not their error (although I followed the recommendation provided by Sunjoy) and the return request would involve a 20% stocking fee and less $27 return shipping fees. I paid $61 for the canopy and was given a $21 refund. Sunjoy Your did not pay for the return costs - since a return label was never sent. This is a terrible practice for any company to employ. When a consumer orders a product in good faith and the product does not fit - the company needs to provide a fair avenue for returns. I subsequently ordered the product from another company and it fit. I am a not a happy customer and will not use Sunjoy's online services in the future. I also think it is important to warn other consumers of Sunjoy's return practices.

SunJoy shipped a Gazebo with missing parts. This was discovered by Assembly Help during construction. After repeated attempts to contact customer service, I received an email saying the parts are out of stock and they will let me know when they become available. I am left with a half built Gazebo, additional charges to return from Assembly Help (totally reasonable) and an email saying no compensation is provided to cover extra installation costs. I can only think they don't expect people to purchase more than once, as the service is appalling.

I needed a new canopy and based on how they told me to measure, and it was the incorrect size. I sent repeated emails and after 5 weeks finally talked to a person. I was told they would accept a return if I had the original box. The cheap box it was sent barely made it thru shipping and was placed in a sturdy box to ship back. They said without the original box they would not take it back. Would never suggest sun joy as they have no customer service! Order from Amazon as they know how to accept returns! If I could give them a 0 rating I would!
