I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses on November 30 and still have not received them! It's February! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I have received countless emails stating there was a shipping delay, promising delivery within 5 business days on multiple occassions and refusing to refund me for my purchase.

I ordered sunglasses from Los Reyes well before Christmas and was told they would arrive two weeks before Christmas. After several follow-up emails and no clear updates, the sunglasses didn’t arrive until the end of January. To make matters worse, I only received a response to my emails after the package was delivered, simply stating that they had been delivered. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend

SCAM. Took my money and never delivered product. Contacted on 4 different occasions. Received same form letter/ email response. Don't do it.

Ordered a 2 pairs in December. I was told one was on back order and I’d receive both 1st week of January. I email daily about a refund and can’t get anyone to respond through support.

Ordered 2 pair of youth sunglasses December 14 with 1-3 day shipping. Email sent December 24 requesting status since I had no tracking info. Received long email about a shipment to them was delayed that was causing shipping delays of product but they expected to ship soon. Sent a follow up email January 10 with a response on January 15 that they were expecting my order to ship in 5 business day. No response since & no tracking. I disputed charge with credit card company & received my money back. SCAM!!!

Update - someone emailed me basically saying they wanted to resolve this. Offered a refund since I did not get my product. Also, made mention of my review so I really think that is the only reason they reached out, they actually do not care. Two months has gone by, no refund. No additional follow ups from them and I have emailed back several times. No one should ever buy from this company. I ordered from this website at the beginning of December with Christmas presents in mind. Boy, was I wrong with that thinking. It took almost 2 months to receive anything and what I ended up receiving was still wrong. I emailed 4 different times requesting a refund and status update. They would never refund me and gave very vague details on my shipment. I would never order from them again!

Would give zero stars if possible. The absolute worst customer service. Like everyone else, I got jerked around when my order didn’t arrive. When I threatened to go to my cc company I got this: “As communicated across our website—within our policies, at checkout, on the announcement bar, and on each product page—all orders placed after December 9 were accepted as backorders, with an estimated ship date of February 11.“ Yeah, I would never have ordered for Christmas if this was clear anywhere. Interestingly enough I got an email saying a label was created. I’m sure it will be blamed on usps going forward. They delete comments like crazy on their social media. I hope everyone who sees this goes to their cc company and disputes this fraudulent company.

Ordered youth sunglasses in early December 2025. Email that item shipped. No further emails. Never delivered. MULTIPLE emails to support with multiple excuses re: delay. Mid January, requested refund. Again emails from support stating they would look into my refund request. Still waiting for response! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
