I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. Seems like multiple customers had the same experience of delayed orders in poor communication.Ordered 5/22/26 and it keeps saying ready to ship. My emails are answered in 1-2 very unhelpful sentences. I was told I cannot get a refund as all the buy one get one free promotion used makes sales final.Disappointing to say the least.

Bought a pair and the quality is good, more so very plastic like material. The reason for the low review is because they messed up on my order. From getting the order wrong and sending me a color that I didn’t really like they also took forever to ship. So upon weeks of waiting I was disappointed and they couldn’t even send me the correct pair that I ordered even though it was their mistake. Wanted me to jump through hoops in order to do the exchange and I’m sure that would have taken weeks to arrive. Overall quality is good but it’s a mystery on what they’ll send you when you order their product.

Ordered 2 pairs on 5/6/26, and still have not received. Reached out to the company several times, and, on the final correspondence, asked for a refund. They said all sales were final but the items would be shipped shortly. I replied, asking for the ship date and heard nothing back. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, and reported the issue to "Shop", as well.

1⭐️ WOULD BE TOO KIND!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE...SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I COULD NOT EVEN TELL YOU IF THEY ACTUALLY HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT, BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHIPPED MY SUNGLASSES. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE... STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY UPDATE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE SHIPPING ON THE 20TH. ALL LIES AND BS. YET KEEP SENDING ME MARKETING EMAILS TO BUY MORE! COMPLETE AND UTTER JOKE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IF I ACTUALLY EVER RECEIVE THE SUNGLASSES, I'LL UPDATE. DOUBT IT! Update 7/22: Still nothing but broken promises. Do not order from them unless you are trying to throw money away. You'll likely never receive anything

I ordered MONTHS ago and still haven't received my order. Kept saying it will ship in X amount of days then never updated when they didn't follow through with shipping. Requested they just return my money as I never got my order and they ignored me. Terrible business. Reporting to BBB.

I placed my order on May 3, and as of June 23, I still haven’t even received tracking information. The most frustrating part is that my friend ordered the exact same pairs of glasses on June 6—over a month after I placed my order—and they already received their tracking information. How does that make any sense? What kind of system processes newer orders before older ones? To make matters worse, my order was originally supposed to ship by May 30. Since then, I’ve had to contact customer service multiple times just to get updates, and every time it’s another excuse or another delay. Instead of being proactive and keeping customers informed, they leave you chasing answers. I’ve been patient for nearly two months, but at this point, it’s clear they don’t prioritize orders fairly or communicate honestly about delays. If you’re considering ordering from this company, be aware that someone who orders weeks after you might receive their order before yours.

Placed an order in April 2026. There was no indication that this was a pre-order for the sunglasses. I get an email confirmation that they would be shipped May 30th, 2026. I still am waiting on shipment in June and just get the same run around from customer service. On June 22nd, 2026 I asked to cancel and refund my order because I need sunglasses and went with another company. They have refused to cancel my order and refund so I guess I'm going to file a dispute with my credit card company.

If i could give a half or zero stars I would. I ordered glasses back in march and its what almost july and I am still getting the run around about shipping. I would never suggest buying these to anyone.
