can not reach by phone. They hang up on me after 39 min. Can not reach by chat, it didn't responded

They have not delivered all the items I paid for and claim they were delivered. A previous order i tried to return they said it had to be approved first and never sent any response and on the website it says return to be approved. I have been buying items from Sundance for years and will never use them again. Very disappointed.

I went to Palm Desert store and ordered the Leia pants in catalog that were not even in store yet. I ordered and PAID and waited three weeks. Tracking said my item was floating around a Fed Ex smart sight in Bloomington, CA. Called the catalog (45 minute wait) and my item was reordered supposedly. Two weeks later same story, item floating around Fed Ex never never land in Bloomington, CA. Called CC and was reimbursed. I guess Sundanceliving has been getting complaints at my CC! Bye bye Sundance.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought from them. They are super expensive. When I tried to return a blouse they said they had to review it before I could return it. I’m still waiting and getting no response. I will never buy from them again!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I made another purchase. I have been a big fan of the Sundance catalog for years, but now that I am trying to make a return they are making it very difficult. I am now worried they are not even going to let me.

Hello, I think the clothing in Sundance catalogue is very pretty. I purchased two shirts that did not fit. I returned them on 4/9 and it is now 4/24 and have not gotten a refund yet. When I contact them they say they are working on it.

I ordered a blazer a week ago for an event. It still hasn’t shipped. It will not be here in time for said event. I’ve been trying to cancel the order, they won’t let me because they say it is processing. Every day I check and it has not shipped. I don’t know why I cannot cancel or why it has not shipped. I hope I am able to return it. With any other company I have been able to cancel orders. Their customer service has been sub par.

Return process very difficult so far. Requested return and it had to be "approved". Have been waiting several days for the "review" of return. Tired of having to check my email everyday to see if I can return the items.
